At Calvary Fellowship, we are committed to providing a safe and friendly environment for your children where they can learn about the truths of God at an age-appropriate level. Our children’s programs meet at the same time as the adult services and are designed for all children from newborn to age 12.
Our Nursery offers a warm and caring environment for your precious little ones.
The Preschool classroom is designed for children age 3-5 years old. Your child will experience crafts, Bible stories, music, and group interaction.
In the Elementary classroom your girls and boys from age 6 through ages 12 will experience church like never before, with the latest games, crafts, music and video, designed to present God's truth in fun and innovative ways. They won't want to miss a single service!
Safety
It is our desire to make every parent feel safe and comfortable entrusting their children to our care. That is one of the main reasons that every Children’s Ministry volunteer is background checked for criminal and sexual records.
When checking in your child, you will receive a security code on a wristband. Please keep these items in tact as we will collect these items back from you when you pick up your child.
How will you contact me if my child needs me?
If your child becomes inconsolable or unwell, you will see your child’s safety/security code on the video screen in the sanctuary. At that time, please return to the room where you dropped him or her off. If you would like to hear the remaining portion of the church service, you may take your child into the cafeteria where a live feed of the main service is offered.
Food Restrictions
SolomonSchechterDay School operates under kosher guidelines. In order to maintain a good relationship with the school, we desire to provide only kosher snacks to the kids in the Children’s Ministry. Additionally, there are a number of children with severe food allergies, so Calvary Fellowship provides snacks in consideration of that. We ask that any food not approved by the church leadership be kept outside the building.
